Problems with activation

Dear Member !

Today i got my UCDS-Adapter.
So i download the software and install it. Then i connect the adapter to the notebook an start the software.
I takes sometimes and than i get this Errormessage :

Active license can not be found for this Version of Software
Requires access to the internet to get a license !
Error: You have exeeded the number of requests !
Adapter SN:

Because i have access to the internet ...
Pease help me

i observe an activation problem when using a Windows 10 Notebook with compacted OS for saving disk space (this particular one has only 32GB emmc). The adapter ask almost every startup of the UCDS program for an activation license. This let me run into the problem described before (Error: You have exeeded the number of requests !).
Has anyone else tried to run UCDS under similar conditions? My guess is that the compacted OS destroy frequently the license?!

Licence check start every 30 runs of UCDS or one a month, who came first! To bypass the error "exeeded the number of requests" you must be connected over the internet before launching UCDS.
