BCM module dead after update on S-max 2.0d 2017

I have updated BCM on my Smax and flash was done with no errors. Now I can not start the car, display is not working, unlocking doesn't work, radio works. I can update module via last sesion but it won't work. If I want to select first version last file can not be downloaded. Can someone please help me. Thanks

I would like to revert it to stock one but one file can not be downloaded. Any Idea?

I had this problem with my Fusion.
The only solution. Use IDS in a dealer, where they have access to stock files on site Ford.

You have to connect manually using PCM data (Tear tag - 4alphanumeric code). You can find it on PCM. Or on https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

For instance, mine (hybrid) is KB5F.

After connecting manually you select the options to install a new module. Then, you select BCM. When you check to procceed the car should turn on the IPC. Now you turn the key (just accessory mode - NOT THE ENGINE). IDS shall finishing reprogramming.

Now, you just have to check for DTCs and clear them all.
