Re: Need calibrationdata
FU5T-15K866-BG is not a file for Calibration or ECU Software.
It is the Hardware part number of the PAM Module
For PAM Update you need 3 files.
Bootloader: F1GT-14C093-AA
Vehicle Manufacturer ECU Software Number: e.g FU5T-14C090-BL
ECU Cal-Config Part Number: The correct calibration file for the newest ECU Software e.g. i think it should be FS73-14C647-SL or GT4T-14C647-EC but i don not know exactly.

In the Update Wizard I just got two files mentioned, so the update I tried just failed... the front and rear sensors work, but the sides... NOPE...Kingsammy писал(а):FU5T-15K866-BG is not a file for Calibration or ECU Software.

Re: Need calibrationdata
I use:
<d DID="F10A" Desc="ECU Cal-Config Part Number" Data="JG9C-14C647-SB"/>
<d DID="F110" Desc="On-line Diagnostic Database Reference Number" Data="DS-FU5T-15K866-BK"/>
<d DID="F111" Desc="ECU Core Assembly Number" Data="DG9T-14F159-BA"/>
<d DID="F113" Desc="ECU Delivery Assembly Number" Data="DG9T-15K866-EE"/>
<d DID="F162" Desc="Software Download Specification Version" Data=""/>
<d DID="F163" Desc="Diagnostic Specification Version" Data="0x03"/>
<d DID="F188" Desc="Vehicle Manufacturer ECU Software Number" Data="FU5T-14C090-BK"/>
The file flashing order matters... I suggest using VBF loader to manually update the PAM. Files must be flashed in this order:
14C093
14C647
14C090

Re: Need calibrationdata
Hi Dan!
Your tip with the files worked well, I would like to update the SCCM and the ABS modules as well.... Where can I get the information which files are needed, because most of the time these must three files, SBL included... In the Update Wizard, for the SCCM there is the SBL and ONE file...

Re: Need calibrationdata
Hi
I have a problem with the configuration of PAM in ford fusion 2015 SE .I have installed 6 pdc(parking sensors)in The front of my bumper ,on The back i have got 4 oryginal pdc sensors.I can only activate 4+4=8 (front +rear) i have tried activate 6+4=10 (6 front +4 rear),unfortunately it doesn't work
It always ends with a message "block writing failed - incompatible configuration." . My VIN 3FA6P0HD0FR179992

My PAM
F10A - ECU Cal-Config Part Number : PAM-Default Config -4/8ch
F110 - On-line Diagnostic Database Reference Number : DS-DG9T-15K866-CL
F111 - ECU Core Assembly Number : DG9T-14F159-DA
F113 - ECU Delivery Assembly Number : DG9T -15K866-FF
F162 - Software Download Specification Version : 0x05
F163 - Diagnostic Specification Version : : 0x03
F188 - Vehicle Manufacturer ECU Software Number : DG9T -14C090-FF
F18C - ECU Serial Number : CD4_XS256_12
After the unsuccessful attempt to update UCDS, a DTC error U2101: 00.68 appeared, the parking sensors work correctly. What files do I need correctly and how to properly perform the update.
I am asking for information and help if my PAM will handle 10-12 PDCs? What would it do to work? Thank you.

Re: Need calibrationdata
In the update keeper, there are no files for my PCM, do I need to replace the BCM code for another? GG9T-15604-CDA can be programmed correctly?

Re: Need calibrationdata
Files needed to activate another BCM in my car, without it you can not run more than 8 sensors. Required files shown in the picture. Maybe someone will help?
