Sony SYNC 3 navigation

It is possible to activate navigation on system without navi, look like sync 2?
And the maps for sync 3 is the same as to sync 2?

1. you cannot activate navi in sync3 without navi (some integrated circuits are missing)
2. maps for sync2 is different from syn3
