Mustang MY2010 PATS IPC Problem

all of us helped me in past best and hope you can do same.....

can anyone help me for the VBF Loader???? My friend comes to me with an immobilised Mustang MY2010...
A nice NOOB guy tried to reset the car with IDS 86.01 old Version (which function he used i dont know) Only i can sy is, he has reset all of the car..... NICE JOB GUY! .
IPC-Module are Dead/Immobilised a UUW from Updater shows the problem IDS-Calibration and other Software missing. Keys are learned, but car messaged Theft-Attention and immobilised the PCM.

VIN Nr is 1ZVBP8CH0A5147389 read.

Everyone know the SBL, Calibration, Signal and Communication to reprogram the IPC in car with orig. Software from UCDS Server?

Firmware complete broken.
Ucds for reflashing. Updater Shows a red X

IDS Doesnt Support the IPC anymore. Only PATS and the pats is broken....
No response From pats.

You Can help ne with Factory Firmware to New Flash with VBF loader?
