How to erase Visteon IPC flash ?

Hello all,

I have a Ford Mondeo MK5 bricked Visteon IPC, this unit is not programmable with the "Update Wizard" or "VBF File Loader".

In Update Wizard it gives the following error ;

and also "NRC: Conditions not correct [0x22]" when trying to update

what does these errors mean [0x21] and [0x22] ?
Is there a way to erase / clear the flash memory ?
