hello, need your support / idea

I activated heated seats in my Sync3. Driver and passenger seat are displayed.
I opened APIM and changed 3 - 34 (Heated only 3-level) and resetted the module.

However, I can not activate the heated seats on the display.
Have I missed to check some thing?
is there anothe line I need to change?

In SYNC3 u cannot control this by the screen

Hi, heated seats can be controled by Sync 3 on Mustang, Edge, Explorer on Mondeo 2014+ and S-Max/Galaxy 2015+ with heated steering wheel option.
