UCDS PROBLEM NOT WORKING

Hello to All ,

I have had a problem for a long time, my UCDS has stopped working. After inserting into the USB port it is unspecified (Unkown Device)

I can not solve this problem. I tried on several computers.

UCDS bought in 2017 original!

Please, did anyone have such a problem?

What to do ?
