IPC Error code can not delete

My 2013 Kuga original IPC is small TFT lcd, I change to the 4" cluster to show more information, everything is fine, but use DTC to determine the error code, there shows the IPC error code U2100:00 and could not be erase/delete , where goes wrong?

Hi,

As above, the DTC is gone, but cause another issue is the language selection just left English, my Traditional Chinese is gone, in the original there got 3 selection English/Simply Chinese/ Traditional Chinese.

Anyone can told me how to do? many thanks!
