I have a mk4 Mondeo 2.0 (preFL) - in update wizard there are two entries for HVAC, but they both show a red cross next to them and "no update available" I have also got update wizard files for a couple of other mondeos that clearly have lower versions of software than i have, but they all show update not available.

I know it used to be there, but now it's gone - anyone offer any assistance?
