SYNC3 dead after battery change

Hi all

Sync3 APIM is dead after battery change (Old: Ford/Varta 60Ah, 590A, New: Varta AGM 60Ah, 680A). Vehicle is FF3 with Auto Start-Stop.
Sync3 turned on after battery change, lasted about 2-3mins before a message appeared something like "battery saver on, please turn on engine........" and it turned off completely. This happened when I was driving!

BMS reset done with FORScan but did not help!

All modules functioning normal except APIM.
Polling for APIM results in "module does not answer"
Tried to program through VBF loader with forced programming for dead modules and forced programming on MM-CAN.
Seed found but forced programming failed (disconnected fuse 67 and 79 in passenger room fuse panel, selected Yes in UCDS and reconnected fuses back within 15 seconds, forced programming failed)

Do you have any ideas to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Cut your Battery for a Night long and test again
