Hi guys .Anyone know how to convert bin files to vbf?

Thank you for you reply.You know I opened files and see dbb ,if I good know it is bin.Like you said I would like edit this.Same on sync 3 files I dont know where can I find mac code.I would like edit this and change this because I would like install modified software to other sync 3.Same this can help me to modification ipc software
