Hello,
i'm wondering if and when there will be an update on the UCDS to do the EEPROM writing on the ford galaxy/s-max/Mondeo for the electronic power steering pump? also when i update the software in these pumps it kills them when before they work and run? We specialise in re-manufacturing all power steering and get asked a lot for the galaxy pump so would be a great help if anyone could help me out on this.

I have looked on the wiki, and there is nothing there relating to the EEPROM writing through the UCDS for the ford galaxy? as the selection on UCDS is not there yet for this, i know it is for the PSCM ford focus racks and you can write EEPROMS on them using the tool. I haven't used the wiki much but i cant seem to find anything about this or why the pump dies when putting new software in?

I know Ucds somehow kills Secm and Abs. I had to exchange my abs for another piece. It made me angry! It's been a few years, support has added a warning and that's all ...
But after long trials, I revived Secm. I admit that I wanted to give it up, but it worked. It was electrohydraulics. Here is the link, maybe this procedure will help ...

I have put one of the pumps on the machine i have here, and please see attached photo.
I get a lot of pumps coming in with the exact same fault of U0300 - module software incompatibility, But looking at the software the ecu software #2 part number is different software to the rest of the software but i cant seem to find any software to match the rest at the beginning to make it all the same as surely that will be causing an issue?

thank you for your response i have tried what you have sent and i keep just getting an error please see photo attached and errors in left hand side of ucds photo.
not sure why its saying this?
