UCDS does not find modules in the car

Hello,
I bought the original ucds v5 adapter with ODO and EXT 1 year licenses each from one of the Russian partners.
Today I received the package, after connecting the program informed me that from that moment on my license will be activated.
I tried to do anything in the program, but it does not detect any modules, it also does not detect whether the ignition is on. It also does not work with Forscan, but it should. Is something missing?
Am I doing something wrong?
