UCDS Adapter

Hello!
I need your help, please!
When I connect my UCDS adapter to my laptop via USB, both the red and green LEDs light up.
When I then start UCDS on the laptop, the adapter is recognized!
When I then try to read the vehicle's data, it scans all the modules, but none are recognized!
I have the latest UCDS software.
The laptop is running Windows 10 Pro, and all updates are installed.
Are there any special settings or drivers I need to install?
