VBF-file loader shows no files

UCDS version v.2.0.008.023, adapter V4, MS Windows 11

When using VBF-file loader and selecting "+" to add a file, no *.vbf files are shown, but they are in the selected directory...

after adding in this directory a new directory, the files are suddenly displayed

Update :

When performing the same setup and procedure in Windows 10, then there is no issue and al files are shown....
