Activating Reverse Camera on Sync2 (2015 Ford Focus)

Hello,

I'm trying to activate the reverse camera on my 2015 Ford Focus but get the following message when engaging reverse:



I did the following to activate it:

1. Physically Installed the wiring loom
2. Physically Installed the camera and connected it
3. I have set "Rear Camera" to "FNA RVC Present" set in "Direct Config"



4. I set AsBuild line 99 to "With Park Assist Camera, Accessory Only" and clicked "Write AsBuild to BCMi" and "Write AsBuild backup to IPC"



5. Did a Sync2 reset by pressing the right arrow and power button together for 10 seconds.

I took the car to my local dealer and replaced the wiring loom and camera and still get the same error. The guys at Ford said that it's likely a software error.

Can anyone help?

Check wiring connect. Sync2 detected video signal. If camera not connect or have noise, then showing this warning.

what kind of camera?

The FORD OEM camera

In APIM direct config, DE00, select "FOE RVC present" not "FNA RVC present".
In BCM direct config, #56 RVC type, select RVC Lin connection.

Clear DTC's and reset APIM, then it should work

Can anyone please confirm the function of each of the camera wires in the picture ?? This is for a 06/2015 build c-max grand.
