IPMB programming Focus 3 problem

Hi,

@pd3jcw and I tried to reprogram an IPMB in a Focus 3 this afternoon. Result: the IPMB gives a DTC B115E:49 (Camera Module: Internal Electronic Failure) with this IPMB (and another one I tried). The camera picture is now upside down. It was normal before.
The type of the IPMB is BM5T-19H423-AF. The Focus has the facelift BCM installed, the car itself is pre-facelift (strange, I know).
Programming failed a couple of times on section DE03. We also had to use the Kuga2 section to program it, the Focus section did not work.

Is there any way this could be a configuration problem, or is my camera fried?
