DRL led mondeo 5

hello i have a problem we are trying to use the new fog lamps with led drl lamps on a new mondeo
the car has dipped drl in the high ligth and when we try to use the led lamps it begin to flicker in pos 0 and in auto
i have tried to see the differense betweeen the two cars in asbuilt in bcm the only diffferce i can see is in line 44 DE19 type 2 in the one with out led drl and in the one with led drl line 44 DE19 it is type 0
any one tried this before and can help
