Old is BS7T-14C026-BF this I can download, but this part no download BS7T-14C226-BD.

You sure that file is written correctly?
Are you sure it is not: BS7T-14C026-BD ?
^ This is a valid file name for download. I have never seen an IPC use 14C226, just 14C026 or 14C088 for their software (excluding bootloader).
