I've had the same problem, solution is re-install UCDS Direct in Map C:.
Not in map Windows or Program Files.

Mine doesn't start at all, it says it cannot run on a Virtual Machine and it's installed on my main OS, yes I have Hyper-V installed, but I need those to run Windows 7 32-bit

After add my serial number verification and licence download work good
