Sync3 is dead

Hello, I have a problem with my Ford Focus MK3 Facelift 2017.

I have Sync3 with Nav and have tried to downgrade from 3.0 to 2.2.
After 10 came an error message that the procedure failed with the phone number of Ford Hotline.
Since then Sync3 is not working anymore.
No lighting from Sync3
No radio
No screen
No function of the buttons

I've already tried that:

APIM module reset
ACM reset
Fuses checked
Battery disconnected
Forward with Power Button 10 seconds

Modules can be read with Forscan and show no error in DTC.

My guess:
Bootloader of APIM defective

I took a picture before for safety.

Which bootloader do I need?
Or what do I need to revive?
