Killed my Convers. How to recover?

Hello,
i've got a dead preFacelift Convers+ (7M2F-14A604-AB), which does not start any more. There also does not seem to be any CAN-activity.
How could i recover it?
I've got Segger JLINK or USB-Blaster JTAG-TAP, if this helps. I think i also knew JTAG-Pins on the board (measured the pins to the MAC7116 processor):

GND * * GND
GND * * TRST
Vref * * GND
TMS * * TCK
TDO * * TDI

JTAG-Debugger could connect and identify CPU (ID 0x4F1F0F0F) but should not halt it.

Please help me!

UCDS Should Recover this Moduke with Dead Module Programming Mode.

Thanks. I tried this, but how could it work? The module seems not to respond to CAN frames.
I also added Y-cable with CAN-sniffer and can only see data from UCDS but no response from IPC. I think i bricked it, so even PBL is gone...
Is there a way to apply SBL into RAM of Chip via JTAG to get it into a programmable state?
Also, which calibration files do i need to download for restoring original firmware?
