EU Sync 3 non-navi -> adding navi

I have sync 3 without navi - i changed memory from 16 to 64gb with proper EU content (worked in USA conversion perfect).
Now i have a strange problem - after map is loaded it shows up for a second, then the display turns off. Sometimes the unit just freezes while or after loading the map. After many tries i installed 3.0_3.0.17194.
Then tried 3.0_3.0.18025 - after a night with prompt "system update" i restarted it and got message LST_ERR05 instalation failure on the display. I checked autoinstall.lst - looks good.
I'm be grateful for any advice as to what to do next, thanks

Did you look how much RAM do you have?

I compared with working EU one and on both boards i have D9QBB RAM's
