Mileage correction

Hello all im new here so apologies if in wrong section..

I am thinking about buying ucds for various procedures but mileage correction is one procedure i want to do for a warranty on my car. Its a taxi and need to keep it within extended warranty as long as possible..

What do i need exactly and whats the cost...
