change languages in ipc

hello is there any one know how to change languages pack in ipc when upgraded from sync 2 to sync3 i have tried to change the languages to 41-44 in sync module
i have flashed the ipc to fs7t and the gs7t pack first fs7t and reset with out any thing and then with gs7t
the car is a mondeo 2015 2.0 diesel and the language i am missing is danish
