UCDS - A request for the USB device descriptor failed

I have a problem with my UCDS device. The device has stopped being detected by the operating system. A "A request for the USB device descriptor failed." Error appears in the device manager. Until now everything worked well. Has anyone had such a problem?

Yes I had the same problem 3 weeks ago. You need to contact with support. They replaced device for brand new.
