Genuine UCDS cable basic license PC binding

Hello some time ago I've bought genuine UCDS adapter with basic license nad one lv.1 token to perform modules update on my MY2011 Ford Mondeo. Job has been done( big thanks to techical support on this forum) and I don't need adapter any more.
I would like to sell adapter so need to know is it gonna work or any other laptop machine or its binded to my laptop and new owner gonna have to buy separate license to use it. Regards Darek
