AS-build from ETIS

Hello , is it still avalaible download ETIS as-build and check information of car tru UCDS ? because when i trying to get list of modules from VIN number from Smax 2007 -2014 i cant get it. It does not work anymore. Ill did update v4 cable to software 3.xxx with hope it will work, but..nothing happened, just lost unlimited licence (tokens) lol
