Reinstall sync3 original maps and application version

I Have Sync3 Nav which i updated from 2.2.16223 to 2.3 17109 and language pack as well as Nav maps and licence F6.1. After installing these I upgraded sync to 3.0.17276 but i could not install the V3.0 language pack or the map pack in the V3.0 package it gave error code :LST_ERR06 and would not start installing

after this the satnav became erratic not coming on when sync started up and displaying a warning that nav wasn't working and the pointer would freeze on screen and jump along the road sometimes not moving for miles the software i ended up listed in IVSU

I managed to rollback to 2.2.16223 but i am unable to rollback the nav software or maps and i still have eratic nav operation when i try and install the original nav files i get error of LST_ERR07.

the autoinstall file i used to try and install nav app and maps was one i edited but it wouldn’t start the install only errors

Is there anyway to reinstall the nav software and maps i started with and get satnav working as it should? Is it possible to carry out the rollback and install maps at the same time?

you should first install the nav language pack.
then the license and at last the map file

then it should work.

currently your grace note is still on JR3T-14G423-AA 3.017024
reinstall that one to 2.2

the maps and nac language can have a different version tham the others.

My Kuga is currently in service , but it still hav the navigation on 2.3 and the rest on 3.0
please review your installation of the navigation files

Keep in mind that the system requires a restart after each update, this takes about 30 minutes each time.
to shorten this reboot the system manually by pressing seek right and power at once until system reboots.
Them wait 5 minutes and you can contiue with next update

so my install file was changed to this i will try this and let you know how it goes.
removing gracenote i am able to do with the utility so that is not a problem

I removed gracenote first on its own and verified it was gone and after editing my install file again to remove the gracenote operation i tried and failed to install map language pack,licence,maps with the above error

I would upload the App, lanugage and Grace file in one step.
as a secind step the nav laguage file.
as third step license an maps flile.

please make it separately.
according to friends in the mondeo MK5 forum this works.

and I updated mine according to above mentioned step 1.
works fine this weekend I will do the Navigation

tried and it failed again immediately with LST_ERR04 as soon as i tried installing nav voice

so you are suggesting i take it up to 2.3? ideally i want to take it back to 2.2 with 4.5 maps Im sure its the maps thats causing my problems with the nav i just cant find a way of deleting them or overwriting them
I found an interesting post on F150 forum where they talk about using putty to browse the sync unit and swap map images but they don't explain how
