SASM update : no seed key found

I am trying to update my sasm module, but the update wizzard says:

Unknown type of module: no seed key found in base
loading bootloader failed.

The files i use are:
secondary bootloader: 6G9N-14C311-AB
vbf1: 6G9N-14C309-AE
vbf2 6G9T-14C387-AB

When i try it with the vbf loader it says:
Failed to receive hardware partnumber

Is it possible to fix this?
