New UCDS version crashes after startup

I‘ve updated the software on my Dell laptop and since then the program crashes right after startup and detecting the license/adapter. The laptop is running Win7 32 Bit. On my stationary PC, running Win10/64 Bit everything seems fine.
The previous version runs fine. Maybe i can downgrade first? Where can i find previous version of UCDS?
