Problem Mondeo MK5 IPC FW upgrade

Hello all,

I have a problem updating firmware Mondeo MK5 IPC, see picture ;

when starting the upgrade, status secondary bootloader gets 100% orange, then hangs.
It returns "Failed to load SBL! Error: Conditions not correct [0x22]

What is wrong here ?
and what does "NRC: Busy Repeat Request [0x21] at F120, F124, F125 mean ?

use VBF loader and don't forget the battery charger
