IPC Update on Ford Fusion 2013 by UUW Fail and Kill IPC

Hello,

I got Ford Fusion 2013 and I tried to update IPC by Update Wizard. Flashing goes well to latest version. After flash complete and reboot all modules. IPC is dead.

I tried to flash by VBF Loader as DEAD MODULES programming, but seems CMD is not working and can not flash it anyhow even HW number is entered correctly.

Here is UUW which IPC had before I run Update Wizard.

I also had the same problem, and I hope this helps.
Click HS-CAN then change it to HS3 and proceed with dead module programming. It works.
